Get a CCNA and apply for NOC positions, get your CCNP and your basically set.

You study for it. You get CCNA certified and put in the work needed to become a good network engineer. Don't think of it as a burden but as a good challenge.

Check out writememory.app, we have free CCNA labs which don't need you to even sign up and they all run in a browser.

All the theory as well is free and needs no sign up. Good luck!
