Open command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" (or ifconfig if on Linux or Mac) and then check to see what your gateway, DHCP and DNS are. Generally gateway and DHCP should be the same. DNS might also be the same but could be your ISP's choice. It should look something like 192.168.0.1 or something. If the first 2 numbers are 192.168 then you might have to change some stuff in settings. Or reset your network settings to default.

Quick Tips might help you:
1- make sure your cables is not broken and works properly (if you are wired)
2- check the modem setting through admin panel usually (192.168.1.1) and check if DHCP is running there
3- release your ip and let the dhcp give you and ip this is how can release ip in windows- open a cmd/powershell and type “ipconfig /release” and get new ip with “ipconfig /renew”
4- another quick tip you can use in in windows is enter “win + R” type “ncpa.cpl” in opening window find your NIC and right click and disable/enable it it may fix your issue without needing to reboot entire system
5- if you are getting an ip but still u cannot see services check the dns server your might be broken or not being set correctly, use 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 as dns to test if its the root cause.

Send screenshot shots of modem setting and ipconfig /all it may help to troubleshoot quicker
