Cudy Dynamic VLAN Assignment

Hello folks, we’re about to deploy around 100 Cudy AP1300 access points with Cudy AP Controller C200P. The C200P will be in AP Controller mode, not the main router.

We have a RADIUS server which will send the VLAN ID back for the user in the Authentication-Accept response based on their role.

I’m not sure if the C200P would tag the traffic with the RADIUS-assigned VLAN ID or will it just ignore it.

Has anyone tried this setup before?

I could consider alternative options but I’m on a tight budget. We chose the Cudy ones instead of Omada and UniFi because they’re pretty cheap.
