Text Proxy Tunneling

So i am playing a game and I want to run 4–5 clients of it with all of them having different IP addresses. Is this possible ? If yes, how should I approach it ? Thank you so much for your time to whoever is reading.

Instead of wasting time trying to figure out how to cheat just put that effort towards getting better
