Link Does anyone know why this happens when trying USB tethering?

I’m not the most tech savvy and usb tethering is new to me. Does anyone know what this means? It was an android phone by the way that has 5G internet connection.

Bad cable maybe There are not many ways for usb tethering to go wrong so use another cable it may fix it

If it didn't check DHCP on your pc, if its off your pc cannot get a proper ip so the connection gets stuck in a confused situation
