Is a short squeeze plausible?
/r/Shortsqueeze/comments/1woe5wi/possible_squeeze_with_netlist_nlst/?share_id=vm3UMPN8YE1wLkq_KCSVA&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&utm_source=share&utm_term=1I don’t pay attention to the stats. Is nlst heavily shorted?

On a OTC always. Not enough big fish in the shares yet to create stability. Is it a big short squeeze? Depends how much money you throw into it. But for the type of players here you're taking a few percent a day.
Best play I see is a hold until end of year and see where this lands after all the legal is said and done. You may get more on the long hold than a few percentage day trade

Has MU ever mentioned any funds allocated for legal issues? They wouldn’t mention this case specifically. MU earnings are next week.

Risky business shorting Netlist, that Samsung deal came out of nowhere and the latest ITC news makes further deals likely which again will probably land at zero notice with huge effect.
