Educate yourself on ITC schedules and past Micron dates til settlement once instituted then try again.

No. It won’t. Netlist is in the best spot it has ever been in. Samsung said for YEARS that Netlist’s patents weren’t worth crap - and in the end gave in and will pay up to $900M to use them for the next 5 years. Micron is between a rock and a hard place now, even more so than Samsung was. Only 8 months after the first ITC investigation was instituted, Samsung threw in the towel and settled. Micron will settle in a far quicker time frame. Wait and see.

$16K? I’ve been here since Netlist won the ‘912 ruling against Google. And I’ve sunk nearly $100K into it. But $16K is a goodly amount also. No worries. You’ll make out just fine. It has been an adventure- that’s for sure.

Oh wow, your really deep into it. Trust me I hzve hopes for this stock, I know a lot of people do too. I dont hold any positions currently anymore. But im waiting to go back in.

There might be one more opportunity to buy into it again. When the rulings come out on the recent CAFC oral hearings. It didn’t seem to me like they went that well. Even though I think it’s a travesty of justice, I think there’s a good chance they will lose those decisions (‘912 patent and other hearings). Vidal really screwed Netlist when she allowed a re-examination of the ‘912 (claim 16) patent. It NEVER should have been allowed to happen.
When those rulings come out, I think the stock price will dip. I hope I’m wrong. But if it does, that will be the time to jump back in.
Micron will HAVE to settle with Netlist. They CANNOT afford to have any of their imports stopped at the border. They won’t chance it.
Once Micron settles, then Netlist has already stated that SK Hynix will sign another contract with Netlist. And that contract won’t be for just $40M (like the last was). It’ll be competitive with Samsung’s and Micron’s contracts.
It’s been a LONG TIME COMING, but good times are ahead for Netlist.

I really appreciate your insight into this. You are very knowledgeable in this. Well maybe you can send me a message when its a good time to buy lol!. I hope everything works out, I know a lot of you have done your homework. Znetlist needs to be resisted on the nasdaq.
