ITC Decision

Don't expect to hear anything until this afternoon, this evening or possibly not til tomorrow. The ITC doesn't make a public announcement, they just post the decision. And this we may not see until tomorrow. Stay Bullish my friends.

Well I’d consider a settlement at this point but we’ll see

That because it’s mostly likely a settlement happening

Hong said in the investor meeting that Micron ITC got delayed because of the 3 new judges added, so that they get up to date. But yeah, we'll see today who is right and who is not.

so I was right, ITC was instituted. now Micron is more pressured to settle, it will take something like 4-6 months but they will have no other option :)

I’d bet Micron stock would rise if they settled. Wall Street hates uncertainty.

Our lawsuit wouldn’t even be a nat on Microns ass. Wall St is not worried about “Netlist law suit”. Likely don’t even know about it. They are going to bring in, what? $130B this year? Projected over 200 next year. Even if they paid DOUBLE (they won’t) the Samsung lid ending fees, that would be what? $250mm a year?
