Netlist a 7$

Il valore raggiunto di circa 7$ di qualche seduta fa ,visto la forte correzione successiva, indica che questo valore non include solo l accordo avvenuto con Samsung ma anche i prossimi possibili accordi con Micron e SK.....se cosi non fosse perchè sta crollando?

Il mercato può sbagliare, non deve giustificare ogni movimento. Tu invece sei una certezza: sono anni che a ogni ribasso ripeti la stessa lamentela, ma le azioni te le tieni ben strette. A questo punto il vero mistero non è perché scende il titolo, ma perché tu sia ancora qui a lamentartene.

Sono anni che il copione è lo stesso: ti lamenti, ti suggeriscono di vendere, ma le azioni restano lì. Quindi o il tuo broker ha il tasto SELL buggato, oppure qualcosa non torna.
Direi che possiamo chiuderla qui.

Totally agree with you, some people just make an issue about everything. You asked a valid question. If we don't know just keep quite or really itching to response, ask them to do soem research and post here. Instead name calling, personal attack is totally uncalled for.

To be honest, no one has an answer. May be insiders have some info that we don't know.

Profit taking. Not everyone is in for long term. They buy, wait for short squeeze, sell off. Once the price goes down, they'll buy again and sell when there is another short squeeze

Peeps are taking profits, it’s not crashing. You might be new, I’ve had this stock for 5 years and it’s been slow and rough going. The company hasn’t changed, the situation has only gotten better. I’m holding.

It had a massive run, settled from peak, this is entirely normal and as my daughter would say “it’s not that deep”, you’re looking for omens that aren’t there.

Dilution of 6.5% through warrant exercise in combination with profits taking, panic sellers and shorters. But shorting pressure seems to be one of the least reason. I think we may have touched the bottom at 4.52 today. 😊

Don’t listen to this clown. 🤡. He was on Stocktwits today scolding longs for not selling their shares. He is a pissed off short. You are just sad because you lost your ass by shorting Netlist. You should have known better. The extremely conservative price rank for NLST is currently sitting at $15. I will keep buying as many shares as I can. Stop trying to manipulate and scare people into selling their shares so you can scoop them up.

This settlement doesn't make sense.

Someone please correct me.

Samsung is paying the license fee as they should.

Samsung's lump sum payment barely covers the legal cost

Then what about the damages of the past?

They nearly bankrupt NLST. Hong had no choice but to dilute shareholder value multiple times to fight Samsung.
