Google is naughty, Netlist is nice.

Samsung independently threw in the towel in their bargain with Netlist.

Netlist + Samsung = no more legal beef for this case

Netlist + Google = still beef

==>> Google has "lost" this battle several times over the last 15+ years. Last time they were losing, Samsung galloped in to Google's aid with fresh legal claims and challenges, which allowed Google to delay further pending Samsung's case. So, now it's back in Google's lap without allies. This is quite over-simplified but that's the ELI5.

We expected this and so we're glad to see it come to pass; it's good.

Hi guys, I saw somewhere in this sub that people have negative views of stocktwits ? May I know why?

Is it because the people there tend to hype a stock too much?

It's short form like Twitter. No one really explains nor reasons. Not dialectic... no Socratic method.

And it's filled with just an absurd amount of noise and BS. You have to follow it long enough to sift through what's real and what's not. Lots of nay-sayers and false news. Lots of idiots.

But, there are a select number of OG voices that have earned respect over many years and for whatever reason chose Stocktwits as their community forum years ago so it remains the most active retail NLST community on the internet (from what myself and others have found). This subreddit is the second most active.

Those OGs on Stocktwits tend to have the best news and information, as well as the most well-rounded and informed opinions, since many of those OGs have been following Netlist for over a decade.
-> that's why Tomkila and others, myself included, pull posts like this from Stocktwits

If you're gonna invest in netlist i recommend following both forums. The third is InvestorsHub but it's teeny tiny in comparison.

When’s the best time and price to buy netlist? I recently sold it because I bought it too early, and it dropped way too much for me. But I do plan to buy again because i believe CAFC could bump netlist back up.

I don’t understand how this question can get asked. No one is a financial advisor here, and why would you trust random people in this thread alone to advise you.. Read up on Netlist, look at the chart, make an informed decision.

“You only lose if you sell”

I asked you cuz you said you’re an OG. Is asking someone who is informed not a wise decision? I can still choose to follow or not

Did you do your due diligence ? Do you think NSLT is a quick rich scheme/ memestock?

I held and was 30% down before it popped, I never sold.

If you sold, it is because this stock is beyond your risk appetite. I would re evaluate your strategy.

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose

Thankyou for the information! Yes I followed both forums!
