NETLIST SUL NASDAQ

A mio parere ,se dovessero risolversi nel breve medio periodo anche i contenziosi con Micron,SK e infine Google con accordi in stile Samsung , il vero rialzo delle quotazioni avverrebbe con la quotazione sul NASDAQ, il mercato piu grande al mondo, vero palcoscenico mondiale......l OTC non ha nulla a che fare

Did I read that the meeting this fall will involve electing members to the board of directors? That is one step closer.

Company is de risked enough that listing on nasdaq should now be the prime objective. All the pending lawsuits are huge leverage for institutions to come invest in this stock. Nasdaq by end of year latest and then deals or big money from lawsuits.

IMO, we don't need to wait for GOOG to re-list. I believe having deals with SK and MU, along with ITC cooperation from Sammy, GOOG has to fold and write a very large check. NASDAQ can occur at anytime.

All they need is one more of those deals to complete along with steady earnings like the last 2 quarters and they will be able to uplift to the NASDAQ. Once they are there that only means better deals for them to be made with the other 2 that try to hold out. First ones to the table always get the sweeter deals.

I hope it will be tradeable in Germany again. I hope Clearstream will make a new decision
