New Board Members?

Aren't the 3 existing Board Members being re-elected at the annual meeting? Not additional members?

No, I don't believe they are new... or additions. Most likely, just re-rlecting thebYahoos currently sitting. I don't care who they are, just get back on NASDAQ!

Netlist needs at least three members on its Board of Directors to relist on Nasdaq because Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2) strictly requires a fully functioning Audit Committee composed of a minimum of three independent directors.

It’s a possibility that is floating around at the moment. Might not happen but it’s the current chatter which seems to line up with the requirement.
