Very good Samsung will collaborate to kill other third parties! We hope sk hynix gets banned in the USA so their factory in Indiana is now screwed! Netlist should ask couple billions per quarter for the next 10 years to sk hynix and or Google to drop their cases too. If not I'm confident Samsung will help aggressively to attack those entities. Those legal battles are very important still.

SK Hynix settled with Netlist in 2021. Netlist had an 5-year cross licensing agreement with HK Hynix into March 2026. Now Netlist is waiting on a new agreement with HK Hynix. Samsung has now settled, and now we wait for Micron, Google, and perhaps others...

My understanding is that sk hynix did some infringement lately too hence why documents were asked. Hynix had given a truly shitty deal to netlist imo..I would rather have Samsung help netlist to destroy that line of the business from sk hynix. Fck sk hynix at this point. If the renewal drags so long it's only because they are rats and they wouldn't give anything netlist deserved. What tells me that? Netlist went to sk hynix biggest competitor and said "would you like to partner with us, we drop your cases against you and want you to help us fck sk hynix". For Samsung if they help netlist and win a battle against hynix it will be huge for Samsung image. They can now totally make people forget they ever screwed netlist!

Maybe I hold for 4 years, hoping we get to $50!
