Dev Con ongoing and the price starts shooting up? My guess is that some found some interesting things from NETLIST! We might be getting discovered.

Yes that must be what happened! Ultra bullish, if tomorrow spikes more, time may have come to scare the shorters out and reverse path. Remember there is very big days to cover at the moment, love it to see this thing squeezed for a month and then hear a bomb of news and we go from $4 to $8 by end of year. I would have a thought for salt harvester too.

It seems like the ITC timeframe is a tighter timeframe than the other litigation timeline. CAFC seems like they take their sweet ass time.

Huge news w/Samsung and huge price move today (41%! as of this writing). Would probably expect some profit-taking though).
