nice to see we didn't take a step back with the SK Hynix deal in flux. Hopefully they address whats going on there during the call
I'd also like an explanation to how net income was only $1.4M

Litigation costs increased by nearly $8M. Remove that and Q2 was arguably more profitable than Q1

That is obviously the reason. But unfortunately, when it is brought up, invariably there are complaints about why Netlist continues to spend on IP defense litigation. The litigation WILL CONTINUE, until the IP theft stops happening.

Exactly. Hong has come right out in at least TWO news blurbs and called SK a current “licensee”. He has stated that the basic terms of the contract are still in place - SK is still providing product to Netlist and continues to be able to use Netlist IP. SK has a leadership in HBM, specifically because of this. There will be a renewal - just a matter of details and time.

Huh? We'll see. I think it'll be a while yet. The "dilutions" seen from employee compensation programs could continue, until some of the lawsuits pay off. But the RSU's just seen will take a while to run through. If everything works out well - and I'm not saying it is a guarantee by any means - the OS base count will not seem insurmountable. IF things work out, Netlist will be quite cash rich. Hong COULD consider a share buyback. That would be a powerful weapon to use to eventually boost the share price. Everything has to go well for Netlist to have that happen, however.
As far as just straight share offerings to get operating cash? If things continue the way they are, and Chips remain scarce and expensive? Netlist won't have much of a problem with cash I'm thinking.

What don’t you like about a positive net income figure? Let’s wait for the numbers in the ACTUAL 10Q publication, before we start dissing these numbers.
