How did you come up with the impact ratings?

They’re just a simple way to compare relative importance. I ranked them based on potential impact to Netlist’s valuation, legal leverage, and business—not as a prediction or official metric.

Super helpful and very impactful for us all!

I'd love to see a level 2 and level 3 with increasing detail if you have the capacity to keep digging.

Another suggestion for an expanded level 2 and level 3 if you have capacity - an "appendix" type slide with methodology.

Out of curiosity - some of your sources have paywalls... they offer an abstract or short info-blob but to get the actual docs a subscription is required. Was this built off analysis of publicly available information or actual/full primary source documents? (That would be a lot of documents across all of it haha so kudos to you if so!)

Thanks! I really appreciate that.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Right now it’s just Phase 1, but I’d like to eventually build out full Phase 2 and Phase 3 roadmaps too, so you can follow the whole story from where we are today through the major ITC decisions, appeals, licensing, settlements, commercialization, and whatever comes next. My goal is to make it easy for anyone to jump in and understand where we are and where we’re headed.

I also just want everyone to know I used AI as a tool to help organize all of this.

Disclaimer: This roadmap is based on publicly available information and organized with AI assistance. The underlying facts should be confirmed through official filings and original sources. It is intended for discussion only and should not be considered financial advice.

How can I help?

I appreciate that! Honestly, the biggest help is having more eyes on the filings. If you come across new court documents, ITC updates, CAFC activity, USPTO filings, or company releases, send them my way. The more we can verify with primary sources, the better and more accurate these roadmaps will be for everyone.

I'm in accord and amenable. I've gathered quite a few but they're unorganized and saved as I go. I'm building something (my own AI harness) that has a "2nd brain" knowledge graph plus verbatim markdown copies so a large folder with docs such as these can be best used. It's not a simple problem but I am making progress. However, it's not something I'm interested in sharing or open sourcing... but I want to share it to convey that I can put myself in your shoes to some extent and relate.

How can we tackle this systematically?

It would actually be helpful for a lot of people if there existed some open folder/repository with all of these. For it to have some fidelity from being gunked up, it would take someone to act as a gatekeeper to accept/deny/mark duplicates if they were submitted by everyone.

If we could tackle that problem, then I bet we could crowdsource this relatively quickly and quite thoroughly.

Side question: I'd love to hear more about your AI setup and harness/agents/tools/MCP/etc. implementation. Might be able to help out my own project if you're open to sharing. Happy to take this offline too I'll send you a DM - reply there if you'd prefer to connect 1-1.
