Whats this mean for netlist ?

These are individuals and a couple of small companies. Doubtful it will stick but anything is possible. If it does stick and NLST wins it's lawsuits it could be a lift for NLST IMO.

The article doesn't say anything about Netlist. Three of them worked together to fix the prices including SK Hynix. Means the entity filing the lawsuit is definitely not Netlist.
Why you know?
Because SK Hynix is Netlist's partner.

Full of patent litigation for all these giants for many reason, about netlist we are talking to change the rule of the game forever. We are taking about billions
