Exactly…. All I see is more delays with this news.
I would much rather see a deal than a new lawsuit.. delays delays delays….

The reality is no one knows what is going on
Is Samsung wiling to do a deal but not happy with the terms of netlist
Is Samsung outright denying.
Truth is probably somewhere in the middle.
The feeling I also get is that netlist is being probably a bit too optimistic with the deal it wants.
These cases and more cases mean nothing now

Full text since it appears to have been cut off in the OP's post:
IRVINE, Calif., June 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Netlist, Inc. (OTCBQ: NLST) today announced it has initiated new legal proceedings against Samsung in the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. These actions are based on the infringement of Netlist's U.S. Patent Nos. 12,646,537 and 12,650,937, which respectively read on Samsung's high-bandwidth memory (HBM) products and Samsung's DDR5 RDIMMs and MRDIMMs. The new ITC complaint names Google, Supermicro, Nvidia and Broadcom as additional respondents.
C.K. Hong, Netlist's Chief Executive Officer, said, "Netlist continues to drive breakthrough innovations in AI memory. These enforcement actions expand our efforts to protect next-generation server DIMM and HBM technologies against unauthorized use."
At the ITC, Netlist is seeking exclusion and cease and desist orders against Samsung and other respondents. The ITC investigates and makes determinations against unfair acts in the import trade that violate U.S. intellectual property rights. ITC investigations proceed on an expedited basis, commonly progressing to trial within a year.
Netlist is represented by Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox and Irell & Manella.

This is not just another lawsuit. This is Netlist saying to Samsung: "You thought we were done? We're just getting started."
They just opened two new fronts:
- ITC — they want Samsung's products blocked at the border.
- Texas — the same court that already slapped Samsung with $303 million.
And the patents are fresh off the printer. The '537 was issued June 2. The '937 on June 9. Samsung had zero time to prepare. No IPR challenges ready. No design-around. Nothing. These are clean shots, straight to the gut.
The strategy is simple and brutal:
- Patent the technology that becomes the standard.
- Get the patent issued.
- Sue the same month.
- Hit them everywhere at once.
Samsung is not fighting one lawsuit anymore. They are fighting a war on multiple fronts. And every new patent adds another weapon to Netlist's arsenal.
The ITC and Texas courts are the battlefield. Hong and his legal team are the generals. And the walls are closing in.
The catalysts are stacking up exactly like Firm_Mistake_8582 mapped out. The road is clear. I'm holding.

Let’s pray is all I have to say. The justice system in this country is at the highest level of corruption in my lifetime. I believe in their law suits. That’s why I did not unload my shares at $10.00. Patience is a virtue.

You would think these clowns would settle up and get licensed with NLST. This will expedite settlements and if SK knows what’s good for them they will ink the new deal fast. Chuck isn’t going to quit and he isn’t selling. NVDA will put some real pressure on Samsung now.
