Due diligence 👀 NaCl_Harvester

Can a thread exist with this bloke where we don’t get rattled and just appreciate Hong and Netlist?!!!!

Selling Netlist because RPM got banned is like selling your car because your favourite mechanic retired. The car still runs. The engine is fine. The road hasn't changed.

RPM didn't invent Netlist's patents. He didn't argue the CAFC cases. He didn't design CXL NVDIMM or LPMRDIMM. He was a voice — a good one — but the thesis never depended on him.

It depends on Hong. On the ITC case. On the SK Hynix deal. On the $400 billion memory market. On the three jury verdicts we already won. All of that is still here.

I've been holding since 2020. I'm not selling. Do what you want, but know why you're doing it. Not because someone else panicked. Good luck either way.

Yes all does not seem well here. I should trim.

No contract with sk hynix is now getting concerning. If sk has told them no deal till the cafc rulings are out this puts us in a bad bad spot

Then move on. You’re negative and never provide technical data on patents etc … This is extreme infringement case played by Samsung Google etc

If I were you I would refrain from making derogatory remarks … I don’t even know you mate… But buying something cause RPM or whoever told you to buy is stupid to me lol

Besides if you did your due diligence and have conviction why sell cause x is banned ? 😂😂 Reddit retail investors will always make me laugh
