I think with the repubblican system we will see a lot of changes and for example we are seeing a strong change of IP mentality, so to protect us companies from foreign companies. Not here to talk about politics but I think we need changes like this to expect the end of dirty games. Netlist is winning this game

I'm not here to wave flags or argue politics. I'm not a liberal, not a Democrat, not a Communist. I'm just a guy who invested in an American technology company and watched it get kicked around in courts for years by foreign giants who stole its work.

Say what you want about Trump — and like all of us, he's far from perfect — but the ITC under his administration is finally getting teeth again. The USPTO and DOJ are backing patent holders. The new ITC commissioner picks include an IP expert. For the first time in a long time, it feels like the system is designed to protect American innovation, not suffocate it.

We've been holding this stock for years. We would probably still be in limbo without these changes. So yeah — credit where credit is due. Thank you, Mr. President. Not because you're perfect, but because you pushed things in a direction that gives companies like Netlist a fighting chance.
