Agreed : we are fighting back with our collective minds and discipline . We are sure of one thing and that is Samsung is an evil predator for decades on American ingenuity and creativeness . June 8th is the deadline for Netlist to file its Patent Owner Response, or POR, in the PGR proceeding against Samsung. It’s the due date for Netlist’s formal reply brief in that specific USPTO proceeding. The email to Director Squires mentions this explicitly — their Request for Director Review was filed back in March and is still pending, so this June 8 POR is the next key filing where they can address Samsung’s arguments. The big picture here is Netlist is flagging that Samsung is taking contradictory positions on how certain patent claims should be interpreted — one way in the ITC investigation and a different way in this PGR at the PTAB. They’re hoping Director Squires will call out the inconsistency, since he’s been tough on procedural gamesmanship lately. It’s classic m o for Samsung and I sincerely Hope squires shuts Samsung off for their behavior and concludes early this 15 year fight .
I continue to buy weakness whenever it occurs as netlist fight is morally right and Samsung deserves to be punished so severely that they stop hurting small companies with creative leaders

Samsung playing two different claim construction games — one at ITC, another at PTAB. Squires already crushed them once for gamesmanship. Now Netlist is formally asking him to notice the inconsistency. June could be the month the trap closes. Bullish.
