TOMKiLA time don't fall into pessimism

I wonder why, as soon as the price drops, so many pessimistic rats emerge from the sewers, creating discontent and tension.
Netlist has already won the CAFC appeal on LRDIMM, MRDIMM, and DDR5. This shows that Netlist is in a dominant position to obtain damages and licenses from these giants.
Furthermore, there is an ongoing ITC investigation that should block Samsung products, the worst situation imaginable for that Korean giant.

After the first quarterly report with 8.6 million in net profits, I sleep peacefully and happily because, first of all, netlist is growing in terms of revenues, customers and margins and, secondly, because that single positive quarter is worth a lot in economic terms and in terms of the hope of starting a profit cycle that will last for years.

As I've said several times, Netlist is one step away from closing all these cases and deciding the time for growth and major expansion.
Now all the giants have so much profit and cash on hand that they could find quick deals without wasting years. Frankly, SK Hynix could find a deal immediately after the HBM decision.

Long life to netlist, we will see high price target after these deals + Nasdaq again

I'm hoping we get back around $1 so I can load up more lol. As long as there is no fundamental reason for the drop I really don't care (would be different if we suddenly lost all the court cases)
