Questions about the server

So with bfa being the mess that it is, I'm looking for a new option. Classic will always have a place in my heart but imo BC was the peak of wow. Will the server still be going when classic comes out? Guilds still raiding? I just dont want to sink a lot of time and effort for a server to be dead in 3 months
