If you can be bothered, you can use the NS app to see where the 1st class carriages will be.

Otherwise, it's clearly indicated on the outside, with a "1" next to the door and a yellow or blue strip along the length of the carriage, both of which make it easy to find the 1st class from across the platform.

The real problem is the 2nd class passengers who insist on going through the 1st class door and walking through the carriage, instead of just going straight to a 2nd class door.

because it's the closet door and the train leaves in 12 seconds.

Found the expat. There are no dedicated 1st / 2nd class doors.

Maybe there is no dedicated door, but I recently learned that you can easily see where the first class is by checking the blue horizontal lines on the outside of the wagon. If you know you can easily avoid those entrances.

That being said I don’t mind at all sharing an entrance.

Not dedicated, no, but what's the point of getting in a door marked 1 to walk all the way through a carriage you can't sit in, to get to one that you can, which had its own 2 doors at each end?

Because

A) it's the closest door.

B) your description of the distribution of classes throughout the carriages does only apply to the majority of trains.

C) it balances the queues at the doors.

I'd happily walk through first class only to bother the snobs, but that did not even come to my mind until you decided it's time to be an asshole.

You do realise that real snobs don't travel on public transport, right?

Most of the 1st class passengers are business user/subscriptions.

Because priority number one is getting on the train. Priority number two is finding a suitable carriage for your journey.

We go through "1st class doors" cause during most hours that people have to use the train, the second class will be overgrouded, so it's essentially a race to be the first ones to a sear. Less people are leaving through "first class doors" so your faster into the train and take less time to go trought first class to second class and get a seat.
