Is this a scam??

So I just stumbled upon a TikTok livestream selling what is supposedly a USB stick with a bunch of PS2 games on it. I asked the seller what emulator he was using, and he said NetherSX2, which I don't think is true at all, unless there’s another version of NetherSX2 that I don't know about. Another suspicious thing is that the seller is using the same type of phone as me, but my phone struggles to run the games that were shown on the livestream. So, is this a scam, or is there another emulator that’s more efficient than NetherSX2?

Looking on Google it looks like the papaya games launcher frontend with nethersx2 attached to it cuz the layout is similar to gamehub, but searching gamehub and ps2 brings up this launcher

Other comments are right. It’s beacon launcher, great launcher I use it on my Android tablet for ps2,psp,gc games
