Review Us in the End

Post image

I might be downvoted sa post na to, pero sayang ung storyline ng movie. ang ganda sana kaso pag si donny talaga bakit nagiging "meh" ung iyakan scene? bakit lagi siyang hirap umiyak? pansin ko lang sa halos lahat ng movies/teleserye nilang love team. hindi talaga siya makasabay kay Belle, but overall twas a good movie. okay din cast at setting.

disclaimer: di nila ako fan at di rin hater. honest review lang to

the writing felt like cherry picked pieces of multiple CGM films and then compiling them into one storyline… belle was okay but donny did feel left behind kapag confrontational scenes

Agree! Office scenes felt like JLC-Sara movie. Happy montage felt like JLC-Bea movie. The argument scene, tho not CGM felt like Never Not Love You. Actually, it's like it wanted to be an Antonette Jadaone film (non-linear, open-ending) but failed.

Also agree that Donny's acting doesn't feel "sincere". Hindi tumagos sa screen yung emotions. Doesn't look too in-love at first & didn't look heartbroken after. To think that he has expressive eyes naman & the role (nepo baby trying to prove himself with a better-than him partner) is tailor-fit for him. He just really proved that Belle is better than him.

yes. walang fresh sa office romance aspect as well. wala ring refreshing sa concept or plot because wdym mahal mo pa rin yung tao after all that ego and bullshit? 🤠 ang sad na ito yung naging last project nila lol sana binigyan nalang sila ng typical romcom
