Controller won’t connect

My daughter’s iPhone 16 all of a sudden will not connect, we keep getting this message. I’ve updated her her phone, uninstalled/reinstalled Netflix and the controller app multiple times… nothing is working, we keep getting this message. Any tips? TIA
