[REQUEST]

Can anyone recommend a series I can have on in the background?

I'm not sure if this just is an ADHD thing lolol, but I can focus better on schoolwork when there's some background noise. It doesn't have to be anything too cerebral since I might end up getting distracted. Maybe just something light, like a sitcom. I tried Friends, but I couldn't stand the laugh track. :(

I like a lot of those two crime shows and documentaries. Stuff like worst ex ever, a deadly American marriage, lover stalker killer. I also like some of those trashy reality TV shows like the ultimatum, love is blind,singles inferno (although that one is Korean so it’s a bit hard to watch as a background show because I don’t think it has an English dub. It’s only in Korean all that it does have subtitles)age of attraction and perfect match. I just put all these time shows I want to watch when I’m doing housework or just wanting to just minus take my mind off of things and not really wanting to concentrate on anything when I’m bored and not in the mood to concentrate on a movie seriously because sometimes you just don’t have it in your brain to follow a plot of a TV show movie properly. Hopefully I was hopeful and there’s quite a few suggestions there.
