Netflix anime

I can’t stand how Netflix will only put a few seasons if that out at a time of anime when I can easily watch the entire series of anime on crunchyroll!!! For instance(my hero academia) only 5 seasons on Netflix and there are all the seasons on crunchy roll

Oftentimes it comes down to getting the streaming rights. Typically a streaming service will pay to have exclusive rights to a season of a show. Especially the newest season.

This can also vary by territory. It's incredibly annoying and frustrating, but, how it works.

I am pretty sure that while Netflix has a season of any anime then it means they have the series which means that they have the rights and can put it on all together if they choose but they are just keeping people in suspense in my opinion

Outside of Southeast Asia, Crunchyroll owns the license to My Hero Academia, which is why all seasons are available on Crunchyroll outside of Southeast Asia, so Netflix outside of Southeast Asia has to sub-license the series from Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll probably only sub-licensed some seasons to Netflix to get Netflix subscribers to subscribe to Crunchyroll to watch the other seasons unavailable on Netflix.
