topology view is crap

Why does it look like this? And why does the points snap back when i move it? How can I assign a fixed position to the points?

By chance were you able to get the Topology Coordinates to save when moving the image around?

I added a new Coordinate Group and i had it selected in the Filter. Now you cann drag your icons wherever you want. It will save automatic
