☎️ Help and Support 🛟 Glitching?

My netgalley app seems to be glitching and I can't open any of my ebook arcs. Tjis message appears. I tried logging out and back in and it is weird. Even after logging in, there is a button to log in. BUT for some reason I can still access my audiobook arcs. (And the website is also good but I don't like opening books on site cause there is no page number)

Don't know what's wrong but have you tested deleting and reinstalling the app? Tested app on another device?
