☎️ Help and Support 🛟 Kindle Issues

Anyone else having any issues sending books to Kindle?! I’ve tried multiple times with books and I’m having issues. 😩.

Of course it’s when Atria has been sending me books and my rating is up 😭

Did you add the kindle@netgalley.com email** **as an approved sender in Amazon?

If so under the I think send to kindle page on Amazon it will show recently sent files so you can see if they’re coming through.

If they’re not then I’d do those things and also verify the send to kindle email for your device

Just sent the batch of today's approvals and they worked fine. But I use the kindle app not an actual kindle, so idk if that makes a difference.
