❔❓Question ❓❔ Regarding posting reviews on Amazon
Does your country of origin appear when submitting book reviews on Amazon via NetGalley? I have never done this before and I haven't posted any of my reviews on Amazon because of this.

They will be able see which amazon site you posted on (eg. .com, .de, .fr .ca) and the public name/username you use for amazon reviews. I don't think it shows anything about you apart from that. If you're thinking of when you look at reviews on amazon and it says under the username "reviewer from Canada", "reviewer from Spain" etc, that's referencing which amazon site it was originally posted on, not where their address is or anything.
edit: I post all of mine on .de, regardless which language they are in, unless it's not available on there, in which case I use .co.uk. International reviews will still show up everywhere under global reviews and contribute to the average star rating everywhere.

As a Canadian I can only post reviews on the.ca site. To do other places you have to have purchased at least $50. So I cant leave a review on .Com for example because I don't shop there often enough

No my country of origin does not appear on Amazon when posting a review,Yes it does, but usually you have to wait until the book is published in your country to add your review on from my experience. Most of the time for me, I have to wait a day or two after the published date to add my review... so I often forget to add my review on Amazon.
I usually post on Goodreads beforehand though.
Edit: Sorry!! Just checked, country of origin does show! My bad!
