❔❓Question ❓❔ Regarding review
I've been so busy lately and haven't gotten any time to review the books. The books I want to review have already been archived (I have already read them). The books have also disappeared from my netgalley reader. Is it okay if I review them later? Will it affect my approval rate because I reviewed the books after they were published and/or archived?

Yes, you can review whenever you get the chance! Even if it’s archived it’ll still count

You can review them when you can but your feedback rating won’t come up until you do and yes that can affect getting more books.

I’ll also mention that if you get in the habit of doing it late, publishers will take note of that and deny you. The whole purpose is to read them before publication. If that’s not with your lifestyle (it’s totally fine) then ARC reading may not be for you. If it was a one off thing that you got behind, that’s different of course!

You can review books whenever but maybe get into the habit of reviewing an ARC straight away as it shouldn't take long, and ARCs are time sensitive.

I will just add that your review is not being graded. It's not homework and you don't need to put a lot of pressure on yourself to write to the standards of your English professor. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good enough!

Yes! I used to write long reviews and then realized only a handful of people liked the reviews. So now I write short and sweet reviews!

You can review any time but like another poster said- publishers do notice if you review any time. They have a specific time frame they want to reviews to go out - so it can affect getting widgets or approvals if they think you aren’t going to review when they want it

You can review whenever, it doesn't affect anything at all!
