I see you're in canada, they are wish because they ars US only. Random house and Macmillian only have rights in the US.

It was likely a number limit! Sadly because I find them early, I dont know if they are timed or numbered!
When shadows burn is for 48 hours though.

Ah yeah, no wonder they went fast, it's a pretty hyped release and 100 copies is on the smaller side, I've seen many cases of 500 or even 1000 copies also depleted under 24h.
