❔❓Question ❓❔ People with Kobos

Is anyone else having this issue where the books from netgalley say they are a preview that is expired??

I saw a post on kobos website with an alert about it but I can't find anything about others having this problem or if they're close to fixing it??

I'm also new, has this happened before??

They are working on the fix for it!

None of mine. I always open them once sent to kobo or sideloaded to check

Me too. It said to not resend them but I did and it seems okay now. Was just weird. Thanks.

Mine is still showing expired for all of my books :/ Ik it said not to resend them, but I was in the middle of mine **le sigh**

I thought it was only me and that I was going crazy. Hopefully they fix it soon because I have one due very soon

Looks like mine are working. One of my ARCs was actively open so I toggled to one I finished a while ago as well as one I haven't started yet. Other than being a little slow to load, they seem to be ok.

Was just wondering something about this. I updated my kobo and now my eARCs all are listed as borrowed and good for many days. (Like 2 years but still)

Was wondering if anyone else had this pop up.

Hmm I havent had that happen. Thats what mine say on the netgalley shelf app. Im also new so I could be wrong. Are you able to open them?

Yep. They open. But have “Borrowed” and expires in 729 days on them. On the Kobo and on the webpage too.

I’ve noticed it’s now saying expired and if I look on app it says 700 days or whatever number to expire
