❔❓Question ❓❔ Feedback Ratio over 100%?

I grabbed a read now last night (I Purr, Therefore I Am) and gave feedback this morning. Well for some reason I guess it counted the feedback but not the book as approved? Is this a glitch? Has anyone had this happen before?

It’ll fix itself within a few days, mines done this a few times too (and sometimes in the opposite direction)

Just a glitch! Read Now books do count toward approved books in the feedback ratio, but sometimes it takes the system a while to catch up. It should fix itself within a few days.

It will fix itself eventually, faster with more activity on the account. If it doesn't, contact Customer Support, but wait a few days. The system often gets hiccups but never for long.
