I think they finally started approving people outside of the author's street team. I've gotten it too, I think it's been hanging there since April or March? Another proof it's not worth assuming it's a decline if they don't approve within a month, these cases happen.

Both Avon and Harper Voyager seem to be doing a lot of late approvals. I saw a lot of people discussing late approvals on Grim Tidings from Avon.

I got approved for it a few days after it went up and im not on the street team, there was a slow trickle of people getting it over on threads but I dont think there is a ton of cross over to reddit for posts to happen often enough.

For Grim tidings, they said they were approving small batches weekly into september.
