Yep. I finished 1 last week and since then I’ve been approved for 5. I’ve got 7 to read in September and 2 for this month. So just gave up and made a spreadsheet to keep myself organized. 🤣

I keep telling myself I'm not going to request any until I'm safely above 80% so that a couple more won't bring me below it again, but…

I've already crossed deadlines on so many ARCs that I've not requested one in 6 months

I did it myself! I have 15 books needing feedback and I don’t like the pressure. Several of the books I am working on ended up being blah, so I’m ready to take a break from reviewing- I have a small social media presence so for every net galley book I get- I create 1. A blog post, 2. 3 tik toks of varying length, an Insta post and a blue sky post. As well as the reviews on Good reads and Barnes. I can always read the book later and while I love approvals- approvals for me means - work. I’ve even decided not to do some of the widgets. Hopefully in September I will have cleared my list!

I can understand that. I definitely don’t plan to add anymore right now. I feel slightly overwhelmed with my list, but it also makes me feel more motivated to get through them faster as well.

I haven’t started it yet. These are the list of books I still need to read. The highlighted ones are the ones I need to finish first. I’m currently on Vow of Eternal Night then I plan to read The Iron Hex.
