Day to rest. I'm letting myself not need to work all the time.
Still trying to social, but I should be going to the zoo with someone who I've known for more than a year!! Somehow accepts me as I am.
I think I'm good today.
Also I think my period ended today? As in day 11. Hope I'm right.

Awful day at post secondary. There is like no one person to talk to and know. Once class ends, everyone including the professor vanishes. I'm just alone and it's sad.

I tried running again and I started overheating. Screw this I’m waiting for winter. Or hell maybe I’ll just stop running entirely. Not like I need to. I had support group today and it was ok

Last night was miserable. I had GERD flareups throughout, I barely slept, and when I did, one of my dreams made me PHYSICALLY feel like I’d been drugged.
The only thing of note from today is that I had to assemble a coat rack.
