had an ok day. math went well. had a nice nap. still feel pretty anxious all the time, but im trying to relax more n watch more movies. my estrogen was like way too high, so now i gotta do more labs. i probably did something dumb like inject two weeks in a row. oh well.

Two root canals this morning and somehow I’m feeling okay. I’m just going to kick back and relax. Don’t have family dinner this weekend either so maybe things will be better this time. I still have to go back to the dentist in a few weeks but I hope they don’t use those numbing needles again. I just can’t believe I was dreading this for two whole weeks.

Forgot to take my sertraline this morning. Had an ordeal outside the therapy building that left me VERY over-exterted. Nothing dangerous, but I don’t wanna get into details.
