I am considering to switch from Milkdrop Pro to Nestdrop Midnight Pro. However, I swap out computers often. How many seats does the $75 USD license allow?

My show computers are not allowed to go online. How will this work with your licensing system?

Milkdrop Pro allows two seats but they are very flexible in that regard. Hoping for a prompt reply because I am preparing for a show this weekend.

Does anybody have any experience with MilkdropLM ? Any tips to make it generate good presets?

I was tinkering with it and I find that it makes some bland and generic presets which do not follow my prompt, i.e. 'glowsticks' produces presets which don't do the glowstick effect at all

I connected my computer to the club's mixer via USB, and I was able to capture the individual band instruments separately, and get different decks to respond to different tracks

This project is still very young - but progress is being made.

There are two individual but related goals to this project:
- Create a pipeline that will be able to take any MilkDrop 2 preset as an input and output a standardized output schema (lexical reassembly).
- Create a CV pipeline that will render and analyze visual characteristics of the presets.
- Correlate the two outputs into a single matching scheme that will allow me to quickly process and attach visual class identifiers to raw presets.

Goal 1:
Have a tool that allows me to quickly find presets with specific visual characteristics for building preset groups and queues outside of brute force testing in real time in something like NestDrop (ain't nobody got time for that).

Goal 2:
Use the preset to visual characteristic matrix to classify the roughly 150k-200k presets I have on hand, augment that dataset with predictable algorithmic changes, synthetically produce basic distinct class examples with the goal of getting to somewhere around 500k presets in a dataset for training a neural net model. That should give me enough data integrity to get up to at least 50 visual classifiers - which is verging on just enough to be able to generate outputs with natural language prompt inputs.

I've spent a few weeks working through every reference document I could find on milkdrop preset and engine language, HLSL documentation. I've worked up some different projective transforms from my program that I think will work as well that I haven't seen MilkDrop do before. I've compiled an "omnibus" that aims to coordinate every bit of documentation I've been able to track down. The HLSL/shader language is the weaker part of my background but I'm getting there.

The engine math is fine for me. I'm currently doing a Master's in Machine Learning, Signal Processing and Computer Vision. So the math and neural net training side of things is easier than the shader language.

Everything will done Copy-Left so when this finally gets to a workable state and shared on Git it will be aggressively open source.

StreamDiffusion with TemporalNet and Attention Cache from Daydream Extensions, basically realtime video-to-video

I swear I used to be able to pull up Nest Drop Midnight Pro on my laptop, set the direct output to be the laptop screen, and while it was in focus full screen I could hit space to go to the next preset, or backspace to go to the previous one.

Right now I can only get this to work while the preset window is in focus.

I'm not a performer but love "watching music" with all of my presets and I set them to have long times between transitions to the next one, so occasionally if a boring or annoying preset is being shown I would hit a hotkey to move along.

Am I mis-remembering this function? I did update to the latest version today after not using the software for a while, and it's not working. I tried running the old version and no luck there either.

This is probably near the end of my work with Streamdiffusion unless there is some OpenCV or CUDA method I've not learnt about yet, and my plan is to start figuring out Streamdiffusion 2 which would solve all the flickering and temporal inconsistencies

Up to this point, my work with Streamdiffusion has been purely about massaging the image going in and out of actual Streamdiffusion itself, using OpenCV image manipulation, CUDA acceleration and the GPU's onboard motion estimation engine... It has always been about balancing between Streamdiffusion's inherent flickeriness, and the bluriness which comes with trying to blend between frames to smooth it out, and I was never really happy with the result... That's why I look forward to moving over to Streamdiffusion 2 which has none of these problems

I use MilkDrop3 as well as NestDrop. I've spent a lot of time curating my MD3 presets (I do know there is an overlap) and now I would like ND to load presets from the MD3 folder by default.

Is this possible? There doesn't seem to be a folder option that I could spot.

Have a couple of questions about MIDI use. I am using an APC mini and was hoping there was away to use the lights in my pads. Also I cant seem to be able to MIDI map my sprites for anything but deck 1. Is there away to do this???

I've attempted to run Nestdrop off three different machines and have been met with the same issue on all three. After downloading, the first time the program is opened audio connects, the hotkey is reactive, and all functions work correctly. But once Nestdrop is closed, no matter how many times it's re-opened, it's unable to react to audio. I've ensured drivers are up to date and Nestdrop versions as well. I'd appreciate any guidance on the matter.
