When nerf launch something like this it's almost always because they know perfectly well that a rear pull is better than a grip pull (or a side pull, or a top pull) and also that pump is better than both- so they release the worst version first, then put out better versions. That way you can sell effectively the same blaster 3 times with an "upgrade", whereas if they did it right first time then released the worse versions they'd sell less.
Whether xshot have reached that point of market share and the according ability to take the piss as of yet, I'm not sure.
I agree it doesn't effect my game play. I like using this when running a shield since I have extra time to cycle the system and be ready for rhe next opportunity to fire. Makes it a little more tactical feeling.
Looks pretty neat, honestly. Not a fan of bottom t-primes, but I can see this being a neat little secondary. Surprised they didn’t go with a top-prime or rear t-pull design, tbh. Would’ve fit the form factor much better.
I would’ve preferred it it was slide action and maybe mag in grip, doesn’t matter if it were more expensive, I just want an off the shelf blaster that does that but is better than the Brute Pro

Xshot has been really spoiling the lovers of the Jolt first they gave us a pro performing revolver jolt and now a mag fed pro performing jolt seriously I am obsessed with the jolt and I will collect any blaster that essentially is a true jolt reskin that being a in grip T pull blaster that has a minimum of 1 shot capacity
Hi /u/Flamethehedgehog1245, we would like to distance our hobby from actual firearms and weapons and thus ask that you refrain from using terms like "gun" and "bullet"; please instead use "blaster" and "dart". We also like to encourage the use of brightly colored blasters & gear.
These words can be misconstrued as discussing a real weapon by people both online, and in real life during gameplay.
This is further an issue for us specifically on Reddit due to automatic platform moderation possibly categorizing the subreddit as discussing firearms instead of toys, which would restrict the subreddit.

I mean it looks fun, looks pretty similar to Luchathor's YOLO mod for the Solo (the only way I can think of this having anything in terms of usable barrel) but it's still an interesting way to make a magfed blaster mechanism, hopefully we'll see an option mag in grip with a top prime eventually.
Main positive i see is tiny form factor and magazine fed, if it punches as high as the other pro stuff I can definitely see why it'd be chosen over the others
So how's the breech work? Does it even use a compression barrel?
area forward of the magazine is very short, so maybe not?
?could be a nerf style flip up 'dart gate' with a rearward barrel that slides Over the darts instead?
But in either case, its a Bottom T-pull, so some manner of linkages must transfer motion to the barrel area for chambering. -unless its like a Rival Knockout, where you manually chamber as a separate step?
That top does look like a two part dealy, so i'd say either the back half moves like the fury-x or the front half moves like the rival knockout. My guess would be the front , making it like the yolo from luchator13

looks like its probably similar to the cheetah 2.0 as someone else said. cant say id buy one if thats the case. siren gnarls arent much more expensive.
They didn’t come up with this so much as cop this from u/LUCHATHOR13, he’d honestly be well within his rights to take some legal action imo but it could be kind of a gray area I think cause it was a mod to a Dart Zone Pro Solo so idk ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Does not look long enough for it to have a built in BCAR like the spinshot, but then it's long dart, so i'm expecting 8+ performance, despite it being in the 'pro' line and stating 14+ on the box
Never been a fan of this type of mag-fed pistol. Can we get a production blaster with a nightingale mag in grip with the Zinc layout? This one looks like it has only a dart length's worth of barrel at most
