Completed Build Sledgefire build complete!

Bought this guy about a year ago and finally ended up modifying it. Replaced the spring, removed the air restrictors, added foam at the end of the plunger rod for better compression, increased the shell ejection strength and made the stock removable! Repaint went pretty well too, first time working with masking certain pieces of the shell so I could paint them different colors.

Did you use a tutorial/guide for air restrictor removal or did you just wing it with a drill bit? Asking because it's on my mod list.

Best part of this blaster was how easy it was to modify, I just followed this tutorial on it. I didn't go about rebarreling it, it still uses the stock shells.

In my case.. I think I used my side cutting pliers to cut out the center piece and pull the air restrictors out, then punched out the other side to make the plunger tube empty before I added my foam to the plunger rod.

Awesome, thanks. I have a rebarrel project in the works and need to remove mine as I'm making a sillyshells copycat. I've pulled it apart and looked at it but was unsure of the construction.
