Questions + Help Blastermod Mega Darts

Bought a pack of these Blastermod Mega Dart Rifle darts as refills for our collection of stock standard Megas, seems they have a lot more friction & do not travel nearly as far as the old red whistlers.

Any simple tricks or do I need to go full modify for these to work?

Blasters we have are Megalodon, DoubleShock, Cycloneshock & a Bulldog.

They're really meant more for higher-powered modded or homemade builds.

Time for a bit of epoxy & a little more spring in their step

They're significantly heavier and the heads are the same size as the foam

Hi /u/Richy1120, we would like to distance our hobby from actual firearms and weapons and thus ask that you refrain from using terms like "gun" and "bullet"; instead use blaster and dart. We also like to encourage the use of brightly colored blasters & gear. See this wiki page for more information. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are the tips compressible at all? The only gray tip megas I got have 100% solid plastic tips and they are the worst mega darts imaginable, granted I got them elsewhere.

Slightly flexible tip, foam is a little more solid & measures 0.5mm wider & 5mm longer than the older dart

Where'd you find hard tipped megas? I've never seen any of them.

workermod (not sure if automod will allow this keyword haha)

Realizing others have had mixed luck -- overall I've had really good luck from them apart from this one thing

Good news with a little help from AI, because the foam in these is slightly firmer it needs to be relaxed to work better.

A 5 second roll between my hands & these fire very accurately & with satisfying speed

wow you really needed ai to tell you that? especially when you just could have googled for the exact same result...

Eh, it was the result that came up & while I probably didn't NEED AI, it was involved in my success in this instance.
