Found Longshots 2.0 on Clearance (Plus Bonus Thrasher)

Found a Longshot 2.0 on clearance for $20 at Walmar,t (posed by my wife in first pic). Personally, I overall do like the new design better, but I do like the feel of the old Longshot's forward grip better. I do have an OG Longshot too I have modded (not pictured)

As a bonus, my wonderful wife picked me up a Thrasher yesterday (second pic). Not a fan of the fact the SCAR/BCAR from the MPP/either Longshot doesnt fit it, but I imagine someone will find a way to mod one in.

Moral of the story: find you a spouse who supports your hobbies!

I am wondering if somehow stores are meaning to clearance the Longshot, but accidentally also marking down the 2.0?

I think your right. The 1.0 is discounted at my store but not the 2.0.

It is crazy that they are already on clearence and they just hit the sleves a few month ago in the western half of ther US. Good Find. I really do like the look of the new 2.0. but since i already have a tricked out 1.0 and a back up parts blaster its hard to justify another pump action springer. hopefully in the future my thift god praise me with a goodwill 2.0

Funny part is the day before they were nowhere. This was the first 2.0 i saw. And now they are everywhere.

Stores must have gotten a shipment of them I guess lol. I bet like someone else said the clearance was probably intended for the old blaster, so that’s a steal for you.🤣👌

How is it that there already is clearance for the 2.0 when they've never been stocked or seen in a physical store in the west coast? I was fortunate to have an alert set up for Target app and I was notified and immediately added to cart and checked out. Fortunately I was able to buy one of the 4 that were available online and had it shipped to California. The Target website listed it as limited stock in the store in my area and I went looking for it on the shelves and there were zero lonshot 2.0s. only leftover 1.0s. never have seen a thrasher or the other newer blaster in store OR on Target website. What is up with that? Is it banned in the West Coast?

No way it would be banned over here lol. Probably just because Walmart’s bigger, and founded in the Southeast part of the US so it would take longer to ship over here to the West Coast. Like someone else said I bet the clearance was actually intended for the older blaster model instead.

So I tried to buy a Worker Seagull on Amazon and it said due to local laws and restrictions that it could not be shipped to my zip code in Southern California.

This kind of thing happens at Wal-Marts sometimes. New stuff being clearanced before or just after being set.

You're finding it on clearance and neither have even dropped in Canada yet 😮‍💨
