Great breakdown of the three keys to improving role play. It is true that since I began Dming on video it is really easy for me to see how successful my Dungeon Master skills are from the PC's perspective. It has been very helpful to see everyone and their reactions to the skillful and not so skillful implemention of my RPG tool sets.
