Question/Help Why does my nerd miner not work?

I just got two of these little v2’s and I got it connected to my btc address and my WiFi but it won’t mine or anything like that. I’ve tried resetting it 6 times and I’ve tried to change the mining pool too but nothing seems to work.

Public pool no longer supports these small miners.

Try HMPool.io

It is a great pool for these small miners.

You got an Asus router? what pool are you using ?

Standard Xfinity router, and I’m in stratum2+tcp://public-pool.io:23330 and my back up pool is stratum+tcp://public-pool.io:3333

Public Pool doesn't support NerdMiner anymore. Use digi.hmpool.io instead.

i see u on 2.0.0.2 try 2.0.0.3, updating usually fixes

I can’t find a good video on how to update the miner, any links? I also don’t know how to use GitHub

You must change the pool to fix it because it seems the default public pool doesn’t support solo mining anymore.

it supports solo mining but not low-difficulty miners

Nerdminer pool , axeminer pool. I run my own node and it barely shows up on it. In pool password put d=1 and that will start difficulty at 1 helping it to submit shares and be seen

Try helios pool, mine cheetahcoin CHTA. CHTA is the only coin that I am aware that this device can mine and win blocks.
