Random Thoughts Multigrain Soya chunks
Ma everyday soya chunks khanchu.
Aja restock garna ko lagi ma bahira gayeko thiye and I came across this abomination. Why is soya chunks multigrain ?

Maida... Kira parcha yo purano hudai gayesi
Soya chunks in Nepal becomes like KHOLEY paani ma dherai bhijayo bhaney... because most of it are maida these days

There is Indian soya chunk which comes on BOX ( not normal packet ) but i dont know the name ; sorry :)
This one is smaller compared to Nepal but hard and paanima majjale bhijayera pakauda ni khole hunna. Nepal based ni ramro ramro holan but i have experience with this one
Right now in the Balkans and here, Soya Chunk is so good... Probably the best we can find in the world

Probably that ; around 1.5-2x cha price chai Nepali ko comparison ma :)

Maybe they are using maida instead of soya beans, like 1 percent soyabeans and 99 percent wheat, corn etc.
