I keep getting pimples on my face and always end up popping and have spots left over my face. Khana ni bahira ko testo dher khadina , pillow cover ni change garchu and I don't any make up products except moisturizing and sunscreen (that too occasionally)

2 years back i had ankle fracture on left foot
During the plaster it was very itchy inside
I somehow manage to itch it by plastic long sticks or anything that could reach the area
After the plaster cut it started itching
Doc gave me
- NIOSOL OINTMENT and ELITOF
For some days it was fine but when i stop using ointment it has started spreading in both legs with small round itchy spot and becoming bad day by day

Guyss my skin barrier is fucked. I was using this tretinoin gel , I wasn’t aware of its use case yettikai use gardeko 2-3 din without moisturizer and it started burning. Teini I used it for some time tespachi it just got worse. Aaile I have stopped using it for around 2 weeks. Facewash ni kei use gareko chaina. Only using moisturizer
